What we do
GTAVIMod helps players get ready for, and then get the most out of, Grand Theft Auto VI. Before launch, that means practical tools — a countdown with unlock times for every time zone, an edition picker, a launch checklist and a Leonida region explorer — along with plain-English guides to the release date, pre-orders, characters and more. After launch on November 19, 2026, we will add progress trackers and reference databases built from the released game.
How we check facts
GTA 6 attracts more rumors than any game we can remember. Our rule is simple: we only call something confirmed if Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive said it, or if it appears on an official PlayStation or Xbox store listing. We use news coverage to find those statements, but a news report alone does not make something confirmed.
- Every guide shows the date it was last checked.
- Unconfirmed details are labeled as such, never presented as fact.
- We do not publish leaked footage, leaked assets or claims from anonymous "insiders" as news.
- When we get something wrong, we fix it and update the page date.
What we will never do
We do not host, sell or link to game files, cheats, trainers, mods, cracks or "early access" downloads. We do not use official Rockstar artwork; the graphics on this site are our own. We are a fan site and are not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
Who runs the site
GTAVIMod is run by a small independent team of web developers and Grand Theft Auto fans based in India. We built this site because we wanted one place with clear, honest answers instead of clickbait.
How the site is funded
All tools and guides are free. The site may show advertising to cover hosting and development costs. Advertising never decides what we write, and we do not accept payment to publish or change editorial content. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising and cookies.
